Let's get to know each other… Who are you?

Pierre Lechantre: I am Pierre Lechantre, administrator and manager of the newly established company BLex. I am a construction engineer. In terms of experience, I started in 2001 as an inspector for AXA. In 2015, I became independent, first in an expertise office and recently as my own boss.

Thomas Bastien: My name is Thomas Bastien and I have been in the expertise field for 15 years. From 2007 to 2019 in private expertise, I then joined a company expertise office and recently launched BLex-Charlier with Pierre.

Why did you choose Foldio?

T.B: No other solution could meet our expectations. Simply put, what we found in the IT field was too “generalist.” Only Foldio concretely meets the expectations of experts.

If you had to do it again… Would you still choose Foldio?

T.B: Concretely, yes. It is a service that I clearly recommend and have already recommended to other colleagues and other offices. It is the only one that, for me, has met and continues to meet the requirements of expertise offices. 

What is the feature you can't live without?

P.L: What saves me a lot of time is the use even on-site, directly at the client's location. Everything is digitized so I work “paperless.” As soon as we leave the client's place, we have almost no administrative work left to do. It is the secretariat that manages the follow-up.

What was the situation of your office before Foldio?

T.B: Pierre and I took over an office that was not or very little computerized. The paper format occupied 90% of the office where there was no secretariat and where everything was done by agenda and paper files, which is very time-consuming. Foldio created a revolution within this office.

What have you been able to improve with Foldio?

P.L: The software has allowed me to spend much less time printing my files. There is a huge gain in preparation work at the end of the day, the day before going back to the field. 

Once again, the speed and fluidity in time. A file can be completely closed at the end of the expertise. This is not possible with a basic IT system or with a paper system.

If you had to summarize your experience in a few words…

T.B: Fluidity and intuitive use.
